Sam Gelven is the sales manager of Gelven Properties LLC. He is 30 years old and grew up in Bel-Ridge, MO. He went to Our Lady of Presentation Grade School and then to CBC High School in Clayton. He then went on to receive his Bachelor's Degree of Interdisciplinary Studies with a Minor in Business at Columbia College in Columbia, MO. Sam has played soccer since the early age of 4 and continued to play with a soccer scholarship in College. He then persued his life long dream of playing soccer professionally for 3 years following his college graduation. He was fortunate to play for the St. Louis Lions Professional Development League team, the Vermont Voltage PDL team and professionally for a team in Melbourne, Australia for 1 year.

After living and playing soccer in Australia for a year, Sam came back to his home town of St. Louis, MO to start his career in business and sales. Sam worked in sales for a beer distributing company, Summit Distributing, for 2 years and then moved on to work in medical sales for 2 years. He continues to share his love for soccer by coaching the Fulton High School in St. Albans, MO. Sam is engaged to his fiancé, Michelle, and looks forward to his wedding day on May 16, 2015. He enjoys spending his spare time with his fiancé, family and friends. Sam is an avid golfer and enjoys playing recreational sports. He also is the very proud Uncle of 4 awesome nephews. Sam has recently joined his Brother, Chris, at Gelven Properties LLC as the sales manager. He is very eager to work with people in the St. Louis area in helping them qualify to find and purchase their dream home!
